I have run the business as well as led sales and property management teams and worked as a sales consultant in my own right. Before running my own real estate office, I operated a PR and marketing consultancy that provided services to the LJ Hooker corporate team. This is where I learnt about the history and strength of the LJ Hooker brand. Over this time, I solidified my skills in staff leadership, client acquisition, and business operations. Since running an LJ Hooker franchise, I’ve worked to continuously improve my skills, which has been recognised within the brand through being awarded ‘Admirals’ membership. We’ve recently had the opportunity to grow the business and become what is known as LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property, where I and the team service the entire greater Hobart region. As Director Property Management, I’m working closely with my executive assistant and partner, Leizel Borja, to provide the division and its landlords and tenants with the best service.
