He is an advanced user of Minex and Geobank and is recognised as a Competent Person for coal resource estimation. Stuart has extensive experience managing the full spectrum of resource development including: contractor management, resource estimation, database management, Mining Lease acquisition and due diligence.Stuart has a passion for database management and data security, which has evolved over 13 years' experience establishing Geobank databases for exploration and mining operations across Yancoal Australia.Stuart has managed drilling of over 5,000 exploration holes across QLD and NSW and is proud to be LTI free. He holds the Senior Site Executive competency and has developed Safety and Health management systems for exploration operations.
