Optimized canvassing techniques to locate and secure high volume work opportunities for maximized customer benefit and company profit. After completion of the weatherization program work, I led a team effort to research, design, and execute construction of a large scale automated poultry ranch. Emphasis was on developing the best climate controlled environment for raising fryer chickens. This work resulted in the best feed to weight conversion ratio of all pacific northwest growers with the lowest industry mortality and health issues.
