A senior manager with 20+ years experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering technology change across multiple lines of business globally, within top tier investment banks. My primary focus is to deliver what my customers desire. Whether those clients are internal or external to my organisation, communication and planning is key and why I always take a proactive approach to stakeholder management and understand business objectives, priorities, strategies and risk to take forward into the technology solutions I deliver.To deliver successfully we need the right team behind us. I take pride in fostering a strong, diverse and collaborative team working ethic. I am an advocate for efficiency and agility to improve time to market, reduce risk and promote team happiness. Outside of work I love my family time, whether that’s sports, holidaying, watching football (as avid Charlton Athletic supporters!) or just hanging out. Sport has always been a key part of my life. In my youth I was a competitive swimmer and later turned to amateur cycling. A few years on, I now enjoy running, cycling and open water swimming when I get the chance. I relish a challenge in my personal life as much as my professional life, having successfully trained for and completed 2 marathons and 2 long distance cycle rides with my son from London to Paris and London to Cologne in the past couple of years. I’m always looking for that next one!
