Led the Technology Transformation and Operational Resilience Portfolio, a £100M+ investment with accountability for transforming core business service lines, improving resilience, availability and recoverability in line with the Operational Resilience Strategy. Key Projects & Achievements:- Defined the vision and mission for the new portfolio providing clarity of purpose and direction, organising disparate architectural objectives into structured programme themes with common values and goals. - Delivered the Business Service Lines tooling, methodology and data analysis to prioritise strategic investment across 4 key pillars – Technology, People, Premises and Third Parties. - Delivered the Data Centre Strategy defining the 5-10 year investment roadmap across group technology including cloud adoption, data bunkering, data centre hardening, network transformation, future payments hub and application consolidation and decommissioning.- Led design and delivery of DCE2 (Operational Resilience) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) impact assessment and remediation planning

Following a reshape of the Transformation Division, became responsible for delivery across multi-site, multi-year, £100M+ investment IT portfolios across 5 locations including full portfolio planning and prioritisation, annual investment allocation and financial management. Key Projects & Achievements:- Led and delivered multiple application and infrastructure upgrades and enhancements across Microsoft, Unisys, SAP, IBM and Fujitsu technologies as part of the Technology Application Assurance portfolio bringing the technology back into support and within risk appetite. - Led the Regional Brands Application and Infrastructure Investment Programme coordinating the on plan delivery of multiple £100M+ projects across Citrix, Cisco, Avaya, Temenos, Wealthview and SAS technologies.- Successfully aligned regional brand infrastructure with the Group Corporate Technology Roadmap and Refresh Strategy and subsequently aligned all programmes with and delivered to the Nationwide Change Framework.- Led Card Data Protection Programme ahead of Merchant Compliance application to deliver card data discovery using the Archer tool, progress data cleanse and removal and initiate the network segmentation, telephony ‘pause and resume’ and build of the card data environment.

Led specialist IT Integration team responsible for delivering IT within multiple complex, Main Board sponsored corporate mergers and change programmes, including multi-site, multi-year, £100M+ investments. Operated in hybrid role, delivering fit for purpose IT solutions, whilst re-building relationships with business teams as part of a recovery exercise for the wider programme delivery.Key Projects & Achievements:- Assumed lead for last 18 months of the IT programme, controlling closedown of the largest building society merger including consolidation, strategic alignment and cost saving projects, technology integration, data migration and archiving to the corporate solution.- Completed the Cheshire, Derbyshire and Dunfermline Building Society technology integration and infrastructure stabilisation programme of work following the mergers with Nationwide. - Delivered E2E IT solution for a funding subsidiary head-office and branch implementation in Dublin (WAN/LAN, comms room, savings application, online bank, desktop infrastructure and contact centre) establishing operations to support business critical EU funding diversification. - Successfully delivered the technology solution (networks, B2B links, data integration / customer ledger interfacing, MIS and regulatory reporting) of an outsourced savings product through a strategic service partner against aggressive timelines.
