Kinetic IT won the tender for a large Victorian government account, I was employed byKinetic IT to assist with the transition of in-flight IT projects from incumbent IT service providers. Responsibilities included ensuring knowledge transfer was completed and in-flight projects were resourced appropriately to maintain continuity once the transition had completed.Key Achievements• Transitioned in-flight projects to Kinetic IT from incumbent IT service providers.• Working with the customer, built a view of future projects to enable Kinetic IT to resource appropriately to meet that demand.• Developed reports to monitor and track progress of individual projects and the program as a whole.• Developed a suite of templates including Statement of Work, estimating and financial tracking.

Customer-facing, this role encompassed management of the project portfolio with responsibilities for customer satisfaction, revenue and profit for the overall project business. As Program Manager on a large government account, I oversaw the delivery of 300+ infrastructure related projects worth in excess of $24 million over a 4 ½ year period. Directing a team of up to 13 Project Managers and Technical Solution Architects throughout the Project Management lifecycle. Working through inter-dependencies, risks and issues to ensure the program as a whole remained on track, was controlled, and progress reported accurately and promptly. A focus on infrastructure related projects including the:• Refresh of hardware and operating system to 200+ Windows Servers across the state of Victoria.• Refresh of both Production and Disaster Recovery Mainframes.• Refresh of hardware and operating system to 12,000+ desktops to 400+ sites across the state of Victoria.• Refresh of 900+ network devices to 400+ sites across the state of Victoria.• Implementation of Microsoft SCCM 2012.• Packaging and deployment of 300+ applications deployed across 12,000+ desktops throughout the state of Victoria.Key Achievements• Built and lead a team of Project Managers and Technical Solution Architects to successfully deliver 300+ projects worth in excess of $24 million.• Delivered successful large scale projects to a geographically diverse customer with sites varying in size from 1 to 100’s of end users.• Worked across 50 individual projects being delivered at any one time, ensuring inter-dependencies across projects were met and program delivered cohesively.• Developed a tool to track program status and provided actual and forecast financial information providing statistical information on the program as a whole. • Project Management Technical and Quality Assurance.• Accepted into the IBM Leader Foundation Program.• Service Excellence Award 2014• Managers Choice Award 2014
