ZOO Digital Group was formed by the merger of two companies, Kazoo3D plc and ZOO Media Corporation Ltd. I was the CTO at the time of forming the new Group company with a remit to drive innovation to support a startup interactive entertainment production company.

Kazoo3D plc was an internet spin-off from LightWork Design Ltd. providing interactive 3D technologies for consumer applications and websites. The company was floated on the UK's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in March 2000.
