The Center is headquartered in Somerset, Ky. and has three service areas: the 42-county Fifth Congressional District of southeastern Ky.; the state of Ky., and national (area defined by the scope of the specific program).

Somerset, Ky.: Owners closed two of the three News Journal publications in April of 2005. I started there in the position of publisher in February of 2001. It's a shame it closed - we did a lot of great work and received a lot of recognition in our time there.
