My passion lies in empowering our staff with the tools they need to deliver over 800 specialist services to children and young people across the UK, while also advocating for systemic change.Throughout my journey at Barnardo’s, I've led key initiatives such as the implementation of our VoIP solution and the seamless migration of our on-prem data centre to the cloud. My ability to adapt, learn quickly, and exceed expectations has been a driving force in helping our department surpass its architectural goals.
