Our findings helped the WellSouth Primary Health Organisation better understand how to roll out the new model across the District. This was funded by the Healthcare Otago Charitable Trust.We interviewed experts in quality improvement about the contextual factors contributing to the sustainability of healthcare quality improvement initiatives, and found patients and families are an important part of this.
