I assisted in double closes to give customers confidence in their choice and credibility to the sales executive. I negotiated customer service issues that escalated beyond the scope of sales executives.My marketing tasks involved merchandising of stock to ensure the availability and internal placement to gain greatest impact. Weekly promotional advertising campaigns required advertised stock to be prominent, usually loss-leaders, and have more profitable items nearby. Displays of evoked brands and directional brands were strategically located to create maximum impact in sales figures. I initiated direct marketing campaigns to drive sales.
