I am a well rounded software developer and systems administrator who has spent over 13 years creating innovative and highly effective solutions that made a business run more effectively and provide vital instant information to management and the average user. I've worked in Visual Studio 2008/2010 C# Web and App, MS ACCESS, SQL Sever, VB.net and others. I am willing to learn what I need to in order to arrive at the best solution. I have worked alot with databases as the core to my software, usually tables on the SQL Server, and some DBF's. Developing also gained me experience in interacting with all levels of management and users to be able to condense ideas into concrete logic and functionality. As a Network Administrator I was in charge of the configuration, deployment and maintenance of Windows 7 Professional systems for 50+ employees. Duties Inlcuded
• Performing remote systems troubleshooting and support.
• Exposure to Active Directory configuration while in that department.
• Software/installations included Ant-virus, MS 2008 Office Professional components inlcuding Outlook, Excel, and Power Point.
• For the users in the I.T. department this also included the T-27 Emulator for COBOL 74, and for collectors it included granting secure access to Client medical information systems.
• TCIP LAN network configuration and troubleshooting on each new system.

While in that department I Developed An MS Access 2008 DB to track the users and their privileges. This included the creation of custom T-SQL queries.

I was promoted to the Systems Support Dept III to aid in the mangement, quality control and storage of HIPAA protected patient information. Duties included:
• Utilized and modified existing code developed in COBOL 74
• Developed my own Object Oriented data mangement and quality control systems in MS Access 2010/2013 VBA.
• Communicated with clients where necessary to resolve changing data formats or quality control/delivery issues.
• Created various programatic Data Transformation interfaces to manage flat files and fixed length multi-record text files, eliminating using an expensive and cumbersome data conversion program formally in use.
• Used DACKS Beyond and Sting to daily process client files and develop custom SQL queries and reports.
