ScubaTx is a breakthrough new persufflation platform for the preservation of human organs (pancreas, kidneys, livers and hearts) to enable the deployment of 24+ hour organ preservation, at scale, to provide viable organs to more people in need of life-saving transplants.Co-developed the business plan, part of the investment pitching squad, and then developed and executed the product and technology roadmap. Initial prototypes were bootstrapped and enthusiastically received, leading to a university spin-out in 2020, and VC investment in 2023.Built and led the high-performing technical team of engineers and designers.Named inventor on 4 patents. Managed IP strategy and portfolio.
