I am interested in organisations and communities that solve real problems, are authentic, with space for personal growth, protect and engage users in the creative process with full awareness of the consequences of their actions, but do not lose sight of the need to create this value in ways that make the organisation grow. And I love connecting people into this.Professionally, I founded successful ventures in various sectors, had major investors in my ventures and funded lots of innovative clean tech projects. I managed large scale projects, advised multinationals, governments and international organisations on climate strategy. And I'm writing a book with practical advice on entrepreneurship and running companies that empower its teams and customers to have a positive impact for all stakeholders.
