I love working with amazing people to create teams that push the boundary of what is possible.As founder, I have build successful ventures in Trading, Logistics, Climate, Blockchain, Wellness and more.I occasionally work as "In-house Entrepreneur" to identify and execute on new opportunities within an existing business.When I'm free, between projects, I work with investors, or with a CEO and his team, to explore opportunities within existing businesses, kind of what you get from a Management Consultant, except I'm a founder, so rather than a report, you get third party overview of the market, and a combination of ideas to - Improving product and process design;- Increased revenue streams;- Getting the business in shape to approach investors;- Suggestions on management practice improvements. I am interested in organisations and communities that solve real problems, are authentic, with space for personal growth, protect and engage users in the creative process with full awareness of the consequences of their actions, but do not lose sight of the need to create this value in ways that make the organisation grow. And I love connecting people into this.Professionally, I founded successful ventures in various sectors, had major investors in my ventures and funded lots of innovative clean tech projects. I managed large scale projects, advised multinationals, governments and international organisations on climate strategy. And I'm writing a book with practical advice on entrepreneurship and running companies that empower its teams and customers to have a positive impact for all stakeholders.
