Responsible for the design and delivery of Leadership development workshops within the primary health care sector, delivered throughout Australia. In addition, developed a range of leadership resources for the AML Alliance which have been endorsed by the Federal Government's Department of Health and Ageing.

Australia And Abu Dhabi

Stuart has been engaged to design and deliver a range of Leadership Development and Change Management programs for Managers and Directors of the Ministry of Interior within the Government of the United Arab Emirates.After a successful 2 week Leadership Development Program in Melbourne in December 2011, Stuart was invited to Abu Dhabi to continue his work with the Government by designing and delivering a further 2 week program centred on the issues of Change Management and Change Leadership for Ministry Directors in February 2012.

Trainer and facilitator delivering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as Advanced Diploma of Management and Diploma of Business in the public programs as well as to industry clients including the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, Department of Human Services and Department of Justice In addition I have designed and delivered numerous professional development workshops for VU staff on speaking and presentation skills and effective teaching techniques, as well as lead facilitator for the General Staff Leadership Development Program for VU Managers.

Stuart established Humark Solutions and its publishing business Humark Publishing, as a learning resource company. The company quickly grew to providing a range of services, including designing and delivering training interventions for corporate clients and local, state and federal Government as well as providing a suite of extra-curricular resources and programs that have been delivered in more than 2,500 schools throughout Australia and New Zealand.Humark's training, coaching and resources are now offered through the Centre for Inspired Leadership, specialising in the delivery of workshops, programs and resources in the areas of: Speaking and Presentation Skills for leadersLeadership development Our suite of School Programs are also available through the Centre for Inspired Leadership.

Designed and delivered a range of management and executive development programs for retail organisations throughout Australia and South East Asia.Organisations included Shell, Bunnings, 7 Eleven Singapore, Giant Hypermarts Malaysia, Dairy Farm Cold Storage Hong Kong, Dymocks, Australia Post, Tattersalls, Myer, Coles Supermarkets, Southern Independent Liquor, Thames Business School Manila. In addition the role required working closely with Babson College of Massachusettes, USA, College of William & Mary of Virginia, USA and Oxford University, England.

Responsible for the professional development of 700 Pharmacists, 600 Retail Managers and more than 2,000 staff across 650 franchised retail sites throughout Australia, the role was created to contribute to the launch of the new Retail Pharmacy model pioneered by Amcal and Sigma.The role required the development of an extensive range of resources, workshops and events in the areas of retail management, HR management, product knowledge, customer service and selling, change management and product launches.Working with a range of stakeholders including government regulators, industry associations as well as multinational drug manufacturers, the Performance Development Manager role contributed immensely to AMCAL’s success in becoming the #1 Retail Pharmacy brand in Australia.

Responsible for the design and delivery of staff training programs, including staff induction programs, product knowledge sessions, selling skills, customer service, loss prevention and visual merchandising as well as Train the Trainer and Learning to Learn. In addition I was responsible for the annual recruitment of 2,000 casual staff for the Christmas peak trading period.
