I started at CBC in the current affairs department and then worked in news a producer, field producer, senior producer and director on a wide variety of assignments. From 2001 on I was an executive producer of the National TV news. Later I got into reality TV and started "Dragons' Den" as an-house CBC production as the exec producer/showrunner for its first few seasons. I left CBC to start my own company, Antica, in 2008.
