Over 26 years of working in SAP roles, I started my career as a certified Materials Management Consultant. For the last 16 years I have developed a passion and expertise in all aspects of SAP Application Managed Services (AMS).My most recent roles have been focussed on SAP AMS model solutioning, advising and guiding clients, client and bid management, responding to PQQs/RfPs, bid documentation, presentations, managing the end to end sales process, commercials, transition management and the design of all related service management processes.As a self-motivated individual I enjoy working as a part of a high performing team and I pride myself in delivering high quality, professional work with a meticulous attention to detail to gain client confidence and ensure the successful delivery of all aspects of support services.I am experienced in team leadership along with internal and external AMS pipeline generation activities, marketing initiatives, event participation, client and SAP engagement, third party external relationship management and finally, contract negotiations.
