Responsible for system testing the introduction of a tailored MS Dynamics 365 solution to provide an email management system.Worked closely with end-users & project sponsor to ensure that the solution provided by Microsoft Partner eBECS met the requirements & needs of the organisation.Project delivered on schedule.In addition to the testing role, I led nine training sessions to team leaders & end-users, for which I was highly commended at the end of the project. My initial contract was extended in order to provide this testing, as well as support the initial go live phase.

Having opted to take voluntary redundancy from Swinton Insurance, I decided to take a six months career break to renovate & redecorate a house that I had recently moved into. Having started to look for new opportunities in early 2018, I had to extend my career break in order to live away from my home base for a couple of months to support the post-operative convalescence of a close relative.
