He trained with Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler gaining his certification as a Practitioner of NLP in 2008. And Master Practitioner in 2019 along with certification as an NLP Change Coach.He is working for Derbyshire Mind as a Wellbeing Coach with the NHS Living Well Project, and is a Mental Health First Aider.
