35 Year Veteran of the Call Center/Outsourcing Industry. I have seen it all. Started my own business in 1988, 1 2 1 Direct Response when we still used manual phones on desk tops.I Was there for the beginning of the predictive dialer revolution and every new technology since. I have worked with Fortune 100 companies throughout my career and have provided the best outsourcing solutions for my own company for 23 years and now for Allied Global and 1&all, LLC. I also represented many prestigious nonprofits as well raising tens of millions of dollars for themI have sold over $300 million in new and recurring revenue in my career. What I do best is sell outsourcing solutions through my network of contacts and utilizing business development processes that have proven successful for 35 years.The call center industry has not only been my livelihood for 35 years it has been a passion. I have been a past Chair of the American Teleservices Association now PACE. I have been deeply involved in the government affairs efforts of the association in both tactical and strategy efforts. That work continues today.When not working which is rare, I am involved in other outside association endeavors or hacking my way around a golf course, watching my beloved Philly sports teams or spending time with my two wonderful children especially at our home at the Jersey shore.
