I was charged with delivering innovative business solutions with a view to our move to the new Holyrood campus in 2004. Solutions included the introduction of a new internal TV channel and an upgraded web site.

As a project manager I was part of a team that delivered large scale business solutions to the water utility such as PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning, Maximo Asset Management and niche package solutions such as a Customer Relationship Management application.As project leader of a small team of developers we delivered and maintained various in-house bespoke solutions for managing specific water industry-related tasks.

At Chivas I helped future proof various supply chain management systems with a view to the year 2000 issue. I also helped modify a range of applications to ensure that Chivas financial year aligned to that of its then parent, Seagram.

I led a small team which developed a number of software applications and integration solutions such as PALATS (pay and labour allocation transfer system). I also project managed the procurement and implementation of a best of breed Human Resource Management System.

I developed or helped procure appropriate business solutions including supply chain management (inventory management, order processing and invoicing), new ledger systems and demand forecasting.
