- Created and built all of the city's in-house youth and adult athletic leagues, tournaments, and programs from the ground up - Developed, implemented, and reviewed SOPs for each program- Constructed and organized multiple avenues for registration and payment- Oversaw each programs' budgeting, reporting, and forecasting- Designed marketing campaigns for each program- Scheduled each league's schedules, facilities, and officials- Coordinated with Accounts Payable to setup a standardized process for our ongoing service providers and contractors- Built aliances and partnerships with other local privatized and non-profit athletic programs- Supervised 3 full-time. 8 part-time, and 20 seasonal contract employees, catering each staff's responsibilities to their talents- Worked with the city's leadership to ensure all programs fulfilled the City of Cedar Park's core values

- Assisted in managing The City of Cedar Park's Recreation Center- Handled a wide array of questions, issues, and functions by responding to customers' inquiries, complaints, and requests- Processed recreation center memberships and renewals- Coordinated the scheduling and reserving of rental facilities- Ensured all rules and safety policies were properly enforced- Trained and oversaw the work of 11 part-time staff members
