Led extensive review of all processes including certificates, FMEA, DP Trials and operational manuals.◼️ Oversaw full marine and DP inspections including crane and lifting checks for 3 vessels involved in the Leviathan Project, the development of an offshore gas facility off the coast of Israel.

I was appointed Marine Manager to identify the hiring needs and lead the recruitment and retention process for the newly established Marine Department. ◼️ Supervised reactivation of a DP3 heavy lift vessel in Alabama, USA, including repairs, inspection and maintenance work. Recruited crew for vessel, and led complex procedures to safely remove and dispose of contaminated fuel with an associated cost saving of $250,000 USD.◼️ Provided viability inspection report for the purchase of a large pipelay and heavy-lift vessel valued at $60,000,000 USD. Succeeded in completing inspection and confirming viability, asset subsequently approved for purchase by EPIC Board Management.
