    Parachuted into a programme of works failing to deliver a new integrated software product into the fast-evolving Emergency Service command and control room market in the UK. I was instrumental in salvaging the relationship on the flagship £6 million contract with Lincolnshire Police from probable contract cancellation. Establishing and managing the product and delivery plans that enabled Motorola to deliver the UK’s 1st cloud hosted browser based integrated mission critical communications system. This delivery facilitated the CRS product to be sold as part of a portfolio of products for UK Emergency Services with total sales now over £100 million and recurring revenues of over £9 million in 2024.I led a team delivering complex integrated solutions for 18 Police and Fire customers including many technology, integration first-of-a-kind deployments and devising a strategy for live technology change that meant no down time for mission critical communication. I established long term relationships with industry stakeholders at programme and executive level including Unify, Steria Storm and 3tc.CRS now have a matured process that enabled standardised delivery, managed service, and continuous improvement of the CRS product with an ability to deliver a minimum viable solution to a customer in 12 months.

    Motorola’s £400 million ESN contract. I led the Programmes and PMO teams that delivered integrated 5G and Tetra voice and data systems between EE and Airwave as part of the UK Home Office ESMCP programme. This was a business-critical programme of works for Motorola following purchase of the Airwave Solutions network.The programme integrated Business and Operating Support Systems (OSS / BSS) between EE, Airwave and Motorola and enabled device / application testing (NATS) against ESN. I led the Motorola team that completed the contract preparation and programme planning necessary to facilitate formal changes across the ESMCP programme via formal rectification. This required managing a complex contractual and stakeholder relationship with UK Home Office, EE and Arup to create alignment across organisations whilst the programme adapted to changing technology and end user requirements.
