Following the merger of Charles Russell LLP and Speechly Bircham LLP, I was a member of the Corporate/Commercial team in the Guildford office. My experience covered general corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and restructuring as well as experience in commercial contracts. I was a member of the firm's pharmacy transactions team. I acted for both large multi-national corporations and smaller businesses on both acquisitions and disposals including a London Stock Exchange listed company who design, manufacture and distribute customer specific electronic products on the disposal of one of its subsidiary to the management team, a biomedical science company which creates and supplies monoclonal antibodies on their admission to trading on PLUS-quoted, a property acquisition and development company in relation to the set-up of a joint venture initiative and for a company who designs and manufactures precision optical solutions on their formation, purchase and associated requirements.
