Here are some of the areas I provide training in:Digital Citizenship: the pillars of digital citizenship, age-appropriate lessons, and subject-specific integrations Tech 101: laptop and OS basics, printer/copier training, browsers, projectors, and SMARTBoards Microsoft Edu: Outlook, OneDrive, Word/Powerpoint/Excel, Teams as a classroom LMS and collaboration hub for PLGs, OneNote for visible learning and collaborative planning, Forms for formative assessment, To Do/Planner for the organization of tasks, Sway for interactive stories, Stream for distribution of class/PLG video, Skype in the Classroom to enhance global awareness Google GSuite for Edu: overview of Google apps, Google Admin console, account deployment and OU best practices, Chrome, Google Classroom as an LMS, Forms for formative assessment, subject-specific integrations of Maps/Earth/Expeditions/Tour Creator, Google Science Journal as a replacement for sensor equipment, Socratic to support student learning Apple Edu: iPadOS / iOS / macOS tutorials, iPad classroom integration, BYOD best practices. SMART Learning Suite: SMART Notebook, interactive lesson creation, templates for prior knowledge and reflection Additional edtech tools: Wakelet, Flipgrid, Remind, Planboard, Pear Deck, Kahoot, Class Dojo, etc. Computer science/coding/robotics: Introduction to CS and computational thinking, block coding with Scratch & MakeCode, microcontrollers (MakeyMakey), microprocessors (Micro:bit), and robotics.
