Buy houses, renovate and resell. This has been great fun and I have expanded my knowledge and skills along the way. Tandata was a division of Tandy Internatioal. I was sales and support in Los Angeles for its line of electronics postage and shipping systems using DOS and CPM-based computer systems.

Supported machinical and electronic-based postage, shipping and office equipment for two full service areas. Was number in the nation (youngest) for several years in least callbacks, total number of calls a day. Most dollar revenue for supplies, maintenance agreements and charge calls. Assistance manager at 22 (so they didn't have to pay me hourly anymore).
