I am a corporate lawyer with a focus on private businesses. I head up the Forsters’ Corporate team and advise across a full range of domestic and international corporate law issues, including M&A, venture capital, private equity and other shareholder investments, group reorganisations and the return of value to shareholders.I have particular expertise in relation to investment and shareholder activity, regulatory change, governance, overseas expansion, restructurings, disposing of non-core assets and management incentive schemes.I am particularly known for work with start-ups, scale-ups and fast-growth companies, with a focus on entrepreneurs, owner managed and family business and mid-cap companies. I take a hands-on approach, and provide clients with a personal touch, ensuring that I fully understand their needs and am able to bring the right people from my network to help solve problems.
