I was also responsible for procurement related to the Sprint Rapid Transit programme including the procurement of vehicle, civils work, professional services and operator concession.Work is across all areas of the procurement process from drafting of specifications and tender documents to tender scoring and contract drafting. The work involved use of both the Public Sector and Utilities Regulations including complex negotiated procedures.
