The role was two-fold, firstly driving the strategic business planning for Redfox and secondly directing the full project management lifecycleRecent projects (not exhaustive):• Medical: partnered with a leading consultant eye surgeon specialising in corneal transplants, to develop a suite of equipment and procedures to speed up and reduce the complexity of corneal harvesting and implantation• Consumer Product: conceptualised, designed, prototyped and prepared for manufacture a new range of consumer and professional cycling accessories• Retail Food: led development of a patent applied for enhancement to celebration cakes. • Automotive: designed/integrated a new electrical and mechanical component technology into existing vehicle chassis for the production of electric commercial vehicles• Packaging: partnered with multiple clients and major retailers, utilising extensive experience of rigid thermoformed packaging design• Foundry: collaborated with several patternmakers and foundries to develop pattern equipment to produce complex cast metal parts• Specialist Instrumentation: developed multiple new electronic housing designs through to manufacture. • Product Design: developed an entirely new design of portable traffic light to reduce weight, improve weather resistance, and create a distinctive visual appearance.
