Prepare AFE’s and work with accounting to code and approve invoices quickly and accurately.• Waterflood: Expand existing pilot waterflood from 3 injection wells to 12 injection wells, with 50 producing wells. Production increased from 70 bopd to a peak of 130 bopd, after adding additional storage tanks, injection pumps, and increasing the total daily injection volume. Begin second pilot waterflood starting with 2 injection wells.• Regulatory: File forms including W-10, G-10, H-10, W-3, and prepare completion packets for G-1 and W-2 filing. Ensure proper permits are filed and approved prior to spudding new wells. Prepare monthly production report and confirm accuracy prior to filing with the RRC. Worked directly with a regulatory consultant and the RRC district office to resolve issues that may arise in an expedient manner to avoid extensive fines or penalties. Prepare yearly P-5 operator renewal packet, and ensure all inactive well requirements are met.
