Research and develop systems and applications designed to automate and manage the preconstruction process in bidding commercial projects. Daily activities include: exploring solutions for bid solicitation, plan room hosting, and reprographic services; supervise team development of Pre-Construction software and spreadsheets to automate bidding procedures; support Estimators and Pre-Construction Managers with estimating software and web hosted applications.

Assist in the management of building various projects. Daily activities include: ensuring that subcontractors and employees meet safety requirements and follow safety guidelines; communicate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects addressing issues with drawings and specifications; supervise rough carpentry, concrete placement, and layout crews.

Manage the operations and development of services provided for two business units accommodating up to forty construction projects. Daily activities include: supervising and training of employees to work in the warehouse either as laborers, equipment operators, clerks or inventory control personnel; scheduling employees, truck drivers, arranging drop offs and deliveries; ensuring that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed both with regards to personal safety and safety of inventory.
