Optimize the reliability and performance of the control systems (BMS, EPMS, PLC, and telemetry) within mission critical data centers. Enhance the team’s ability to operate, maintain, and repair control systems. Oversee the preparation, execution, and quality control for all work on control systems. Develop and maintain operating procedures (SOP/MOP/EOP). Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for control system events, faults, and issues. Manage the vendor relationships which provide support for our control systems. Train CFEs on control system fundamentals during their initial qualification process. Deliver formal classroom training on control systems to the Data Center Operations team. Drive standardization initiatives to include device configurations, BMS/EPMS/PLC programming, setpoints, alarms, and hardware selection. Perform basic to sophisticated level troubleshooting on all Micron Technology I&C equipment and process controls. Install, test and modify FMCS systems and components in accordance with technical documents, blueprints, schematics and drawings. Experience with PLC (Rockwell & Modicon) and SCADA (iFix) systems. Perform required calibrations of all site analyzers, and monitoring devices to ISO standards. E.g. pres‐ sure, temperature, pH, flow, humidity. Have experience using Volt/Ohm meter, Fluke 744, 754, and/or Beamex MC6 Documenting Process Calibrators and related components. Perform Inspections for new installations and remodel work at Micron to ensure Code compliance and alignment to Micron specifications Read and understand blueprints, one-line drawingsSet up and operate field test equipment such as a Fluke 754;Altec current loop calibrator, Altec RTD calibrator and HART communicator (eTrex)
