I cover all types of jobs, large and small, from Hinckley and the surrounding areas in the north down to Stratford upon Avon. Notable achievements so far:• 2 x 100m3 pours of Rockflow (self-compacting concrete) into Stratford whilst also maintaining supply to our regular customers.• Bringing on board the likes of Stave-Con, Mcdermotts, M&J Evans and M V Kellys – who traditionally deal with the nationals rather than independents.• 128m3 pour into Paragon park, Coventry with MV Kelly, managing to have the pour all wrapped up by lunchtime.• Balancing customer service and supply in the face of ongoing cement and aggregate supply issues.• Pushing volumes up 25% in six months, achieving 5865m in March. Not bad for my 1 plant (currently)! Watch this space as we look to expand or production capacity in 2022 to further service our customers' needs! -

I organised the mixing schedule of 2 asphalt plants capable of up to approximately 600t per hour and coordinated the fleet of 80 wagons of varying size from 4 wheelers to artic tippers accordingly at Mountsorrel quarry to ensure 95% on time delivery. Key jobs:- M1 motorway widening scheme in collaboration with Aggregate Industries.- Widening of A46 between Nottingham and Newark into Dual carriageway - 1.5m tonnes of aggregates over a 2.5 year period. 36K tonnes in one week at the peak. -
