My role in the Deal Desk team focuses on cost modelling and pricing strategy for new and existing products, with a special focus on our Healthcare Cloud offering. I work closely with the Product Management, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Solutioning Teams to understand the key technology and cost drivers for our portfolio of offerings to develop bespoke pricing models and tooling for our most complex and strategically important deals.

Reporting directly to the CFO, my role involved the analysis of past and present customer and financial data in order to better predict and model future behaviour.I worked closely with our developers to extract complex data sets which were then broken down, analysed, and summarised into reports for presentation to our Senior Management to guide strategic decision making.I produced detailed monthly analysis of revenues and margins, several detailed customer performance metrics including ARPU, AMPU, CLV, and churn, and also analysed channel profitability and marketing ROI. I then built all of these metrics into highly detailed forecasting models to outline expected future performance for individual products and sales channels, and cumulatively for the business as a whole.My role also involved pricing and proposition development for a range of telephony products with combined annual revenues in excess of £200million. These included residential home phone and broadband packages, B2B VoIP solutions, and indirect international call services. I was also responsible for commercial analysis of our wholesale supplier agreements and the resolution of any financial disputes which may arise.In addition to our UK activities, I was also actively involved in the monitoring and analysis of the Indian companies within the group; Nimbuzz and Ozone Networks. Following the purchase of these businesses I conducted a thorough review of the financial and commercial operations of the business and prepared detailed five-year financial forecasting models, as well as conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews. My business models were used as the base of the IM packs that were circulated to potential private and corporate investors.
