As a veteran healthcare IT executive, the ability to leverage technology can greatly improve healthcare, better enabling effective and efficient care delivery. I have dedicated my career to healthcare, working with both large health systems, community hospitals and innovative start ups. By enabling the providers, I am able to make a difference in peoples’ health.Some of my major accomplishments include:▪️ Implementation of a single comprehensive electronic medical record across inpatient and ambulatory settings.▪️ Rapidly integrated newly acquired hospitals and physician practices in order to facilitate key corporate functions such as central business office, quality, decision support and human resources.▪️ Created a regional electronic record by extending infrastructure to independent providers.▪️ Directed the successful effort to achieve NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home certification for primary care practices. I am also very passionate about startups, as they provide major opportunities for innovation and provide an environment where the focus can be entirely on what’s possible.
