From 1978 to 1995 Stuart worked for two of the leading UK financial institutions, Abbey Life and then Provident Mutual in the Investment division dealing with real estate. After being Head of Properties at Siemens running and re-structuring their UK property portfolio, Stuart spent 20 years at Frogmore. During this time he was been actively involved in the transformation of the Frogmore business from public quoted company to private property company through to private equity real estate fund manager. Stuart has had several roles at Frogmore mainly centred around investment and joint ventures. During the last 10 years, Stuart as Director of Fund Management, was heavily involved in the formation of two opportunistic and one value add funds and other bespoke products and raised close to a £1bn of equity as well as serving as a member of the Investment Committee. Stuart is now working as a Non Executive Director for several companies.
