Launch and Evolution of digital Insurance platform for selling and managing insurance products online for B2C

Maintained the Collateral Security Diary which was used to ensure RBC held the legal right to all collateral client's used to secure their borrowings. As Night Manager I was responsible for the smooth running of the hotel in the evening & overnight. The Savoy is a 5 star deluxe hotel in central London, UK. It has 263 Rooms & Suites, 2 Destination Bars & Restaurants, lounge and a large Conference & Banqueting facility. There could be upwards of 2000 guests using the hotel's facilities on any given.
