Formed, led and developed a Pilat Products and Services (PPS) Division. An end to end business unit to build revenue from a set of established and developing SaaS software products and consulting services. Reduced a decline in acquisition, expansion and retention revenue, turning it into growth revenue. Shifted unit revenue from 30% to 50% of overall company $5-6million revenue.
