I am passionate about driving improved pricing and project management capabilities within professional service firms, and am regularly asked to present at industry-specific events, contribute articles, and as a member of a number of industry advisory bodies.As one of the first and longest serving pricing and legal project management directors in the legal industry, and recognising the increased focus on these critical capabilities, I jointly established an independent management consultancy with Colin Jasper (Positive Pricing, launched in February 2018) to provide pricing and legal project management strategy and implementation advice to the world's leading professional service firms.Previously I was Baker McKenzie's Director of Global Pricing and Legal Project Management responsible for the development of Baker McKenzie’s global pricing and legal project management strategy, providing targeted pricing, negotiation and project management support to partners and client facing colleagues across their 77 offices worldwide. Prior to joining Baker Mckenzie I held a similar pricing role at Linklaters, after working as a Management Consultant for 17 years in a variety of strategy, supply chain and procurement-facing roles across many industry sectors.I am an accredited Certified Pricing Professional, sits on a number of industry-related advisory bodies, and am a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management. I am also honoured to be the the first recipient of the True Value Partnering Institute's Accredited Legal Pricing Professional accreditation (ALPP).
