I am a very sociable in business and enjoy discussing my business interests with others and hearing other like minded people's business activities. I believe that a good team should always be driving a business in lots of different avenues and success is only achieved with dedication and hard work. My own views on life in general is carried into my business activities, 'you got to enjoy what you do!' I find most people in business the same, granted that you have to work harder with some. My dislikes are bureaucrats that do not understand business, they tend not to see enterprise or entrepreneurship, and they are in more places than you think. My Personal Interests outside work is Football and Rugby. I was a reasonable footballer and played some local Irish league football before enjoying Intermediate and Junior football for Abbey Villa FC and a few other clubs. After football came management, I had a few spells as manager with Abbey Villa, Bangor Rangers and Bryansburn FC however I'm currently retired, or out of work. Football is supposed to be less stressful than the day job but not always the case! I am an avid Ulster Rugby fan and will always find somewhere to watch Ireland when they are playing. Like everyone I play a little golf to de-stress, a useful 18 handicap.I have 3 wonderful kids that tend to be my boss these days, what else is life for!

Lally Design Associates specialise in the design of renewable energry installations such as solar water heating, solar PV electrical installations, wind turbines and renewable heating installations.
