I am an experienced Project Manager across sectors including Security, Telecommunications and Facilities who holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.I have over 20 years’ experience managing projects. I have continually proved my ability to adapt, change and thrive throughout my career and this is evidenced in the high-profile clients (National and Global) that I was given responsibility for at JCI such as; Halfords, Victoria’s Secret, Yorkshire & Clydesdale Bank, ASDA, Marks & Spencer and now having been trusted to be embedded within a major client (Uber).I have proven ability and experience to manage projects and programmes across EMEA of various sizes, value and aggression across different technologies and areas of business from inception through to completion, within agreed timescales and budgets. I have managed projects from £1000’s to £100,000’s in budget, from 1 site to 100’s of sites in Security, Fire, Facilities Management, and Telecommunications among other areas. Projects that have spanned EMEA and timescales of 1 month to over 1 year.I am currently responsible for project management of large installations of IPCCTV and Access Control systems across EMEA and am used to staying away from home for a week to 2 weeks at a time.I have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills enabling me to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.
