Having worked for GE HealthCare for 19 years, I decided it was time to look for something fresh. The program manager role that I held had become unrewarding and unsatisfying for me, I needed a new challenge.I would describe myself as slightly introverted with a passion for delivering satisfaction for internal and external customers, by providing solutions and overcoming challenges that present themselves. My peers would say that I am driven, determined and focused.My approach to leadership is that every team member has a significant part to play, it is my role to help them reach their potential. I believe this makes me a highly effective leader with a proven track record of improving service delivery solutions, utilising what resources are available more effectively and adapting processes to facilitate improved customer outcomes.As a program manager I facilitated continual improvements to the service delivery solution that we provided, ensuring that we were in prime position to obtain yet another extension to a contract held for 10 years.In my previous role as the product service leader, I facilitated a 40% improvement to preventative maintenance completions across the UK, these results have never been equalled.
