My passion is for people and for making the full gamut of the employment experience exceptional for all staff and the managers I work with. There is a solution for everything, and it’s my role to make those solution processes as positive and pain free as possible.I have worked in variety of industries/ sectors including film industry, the energy sector, public sector, forestry, agriculture, tourism (Scotland) and IT/genetics industries, providing generalist HR advisory support to all levels of these sectors.I’m qualified with a Bachelor Communication Studies and a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resources at Waikato University. I have a strong strategic and generalist HR background, and have worked on many process improvement projects as I have a continual drive to make things better, more robust and more impressive.
