LEADERSHIP• Increased the throughput of jobs, thereby significantly enhancing our financial performance.• Lead a dynamic, mission-driven team of 80: 2 direct reports, the Director of Vendor Operations and Director of Fulfillment, and 78 administrative staff. • Oversee managers who supervise 800 contractors.OPERATIONS / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT• Built an end-to-end accountability from client order through processing to invoice. • Increased our ability to invoice at full rates by bringing our services into line with service level agreements (SLAs). • Implemented several new technology solutions, moving to a web-based portal, thereby reducing time and data expense. • Through the Coronavirus pandemic, managed the transition from office based to remote working, plus the consolidation of multiple office locations into a single office.• Reduced overhead by exiting the Arizona market and closing the 2 physical facilities within one month. • Achieved significant improvements in efficiency, reduced double-handling errors and increased our throughput by restricting the Operations and Fulfillment departments. • Introduced process improvements and cross-trained teams to better manage variable work volumes.• Currently designing a new mobile app that will allow us to better market to vendors, and interface directly with clients and vendors.PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT / HR• Matured a bare-bones payroll system to a fully-fledged HR department including processes and procedures for managing staff.• Developed processes for all phases of career development, from recruitment to separation.• Successfully implemented a complex payroll solution upgrade.• Created the company’s first documentation and training program for processes and procedures.• Designed and deployed an automated system-driven solution for new hire background checks, interfacing both internal and external IT systems into a seamless, efficient solution.
