As the NSW/ACT Sale Manager I am required to identify opportunities in the market, execute "win" strategies to ensure the business is won and serviced through our channel partners. Protect and grow existing business and apply the 'Select, Hunt, Fulfil' strategy to win new business. Also required to meet or exceed budget objectives and execute all market development opportunities.My key responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Responsible for all Account Management of our distributors for NSW/ACT.* Provide technical support to all users throughout the supply chain from EPC, EPCM, Miners, Fabricators, Processes and end users.* Assist and provide better solutions and alternatives for all customers, to achieve cost savings and increase quality, and machine/equipment down time.* Provide channel partners and distributors with technical support and assistance with joint customer visits.* Identify new business opportunities to grow Bisalloy Steels in a highly competitive market.* Work with Australian Made advocates, like Australian Steel Institute (ASI), Industry Capability Network (ICN), to insure Australian Made steel is used in local projects and promote Australian Made products. Bisalloy Steels Pty Ltd, located at Unanderra NSW is Australia's only manufacture of high strength, wear resistant and armour grade steel plate produced by the continual roller quenching and tempering process.
