I am a friendly, outgoing person. I work well in groups, in both leadership and group capacities. I also enjoy working alone when needed. When in a leadership position I always lead by example while still being able to delegate when necessary. I feel that I am able to prioritize well and thus utilize the time and resources available to me in the best possible way. In my free time I enjoy relaxing with friends, watching and playing sport. I am active on the “Old Stithians Association” council and have served on the St. Stithians Colleges, cross campus investment and endowment committees as well as school council.Skills:Business, cash flow and value chain analysis for the purposes of long term strategy implementation. Consequent to this I have been instrumental in the interactions with banks and other financial institutions with regards to strategic finance for our international assets, asset valuation, and audit impairment processes with PWC and EY both locally and internationally. While there are many people in the my industry who know more about their specific fields; i.e. Mining, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and group reporting.I comfortably engage with, and can critically discuss issues within all these fields and more importantly can define and critically analyze the interactions between them. I am able to understand and cope with new concepts quickly and easily.
