Being directly responsible as the Regional Director for Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England, but working with clients all over the UK, I work in partnership with Finance Directors, HR Professionals and CEO’s / Managing Directors of companies that employ, broadly, between 30 and 3000 employees. With a comprehensive background in corporate pensions and staff benefit programmes coupled with over 30 years experience in the sector, I provide advice, guidance, consultancy and administration services to a range of corporate clients including Private Limited Companies, Charitable Foundations and household name PLC's.I offer hands on, practical guidance and advice in an open and transparent manner, predominately using a fee based approach, having agreed a defined set of initial and ongoing services with clients.
