The uniqueness of the 8 m runabout is the mahogany lookalike effect created by using a mahogany patterned veil under the clear epoxy surface coat and the no-expenses-spared quality of the stainless steel trim.I am also responsible for the modifications to the UIM Formula One race boat to accommodate the new Caudwell Marine 3.5 litre 400 hp four stroke V6 inboard engine and drive unit technology demonstrator.I supervise my boatbuilding staff, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate contracts, develop supplier specification documentation and ensure on time delivery of project milestones and final dead- lines.

Each test is done in collaboration with a boat test engineer and the results recorded and analysed in detail after the test.
