Stuart is a Deals Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. He has led and managed 10+ due diligence, synergy analysis, sign-to-close and integration/separation engagements across a variety of Private Equity and Corporate clients.Prior to PwC, Stuart was a Senior Manager for Sonos, spent five years at Nike as a Finance & Strategy Manager and served on the Board of Directors for CV Motion Technology. While at Sonos, he built out the company's 12 month cash flow model and expanded their Treasury capabilities. At Nike, he served in a variety of roles including royalty and endorsement deals, strategy, FP&A, supply chain technology, and digital transformation. Stuart holds his MBA from the University of Washington (with distinction) and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.Outside of work, Stuart founded and operates a racecar team, which runs a schedule from March through September across the Pacific Northwest and California.
